Pacific Circle Consortium (PCC) cordially invites
you to its 28th conference to be held in Hong
Kong SAR, China, 21 - 23 April 2004 hosted by
the Hong Kong Institute of Education. The conference
will feature keynote speeches, discussion panels,
and the presentation of contributed papers relating
to the conference theme.
About the Consortium
The Pacific Circle Consortium is an international
educational organization dedicated to the improvement
of teaching and research about peoples, nations
and issues of the Asia- Pacific region. Its participants
come from universities, governments, educational
agencies, and schools of the region. The Consortium
is an official program of the Centre for Educational
Research and Innovation of the Organization for
Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD/CERI).
The Consortium publishes the journal Pacific-Asian
Education, now in its 16th year.
