Teaching Development Grants
Introduction

The University Grants Committee (UGC) has allocated funds for the creation of Teaching Development Grants in all UGC-funded institutions as part of its effort to develop an increased awareness of the importance of teaching and learning quality. The purpose of the Grants is to ˇ§encourage, promote and reward innovation approaches to teaching and/or improvements to the learning environment in the UGC-funded institutionsˇ¨.
