To assist the Institute in achieving its goal of providing high quality teacher education through enhancing the effectiveness of teaching, learning and the supervision of students.

We believe in the central importance of a culture of cohesion, collegiality and continuous improvement to quality assurance. We try to implant coherence and nurture productive working relationships across levels and groups by collaborating with units and playing the role of the coordinator in initiating change, disseminating good practice and providing staff development.
